Book Review: Christmas Cravings by Emma Hamilton ***

UK Publishing Date: 20 Nov 2015. 98 Pages.

Christmas Cravings is another story in the Greedily Yours series by Emma Hamilton. It is really a long short story or a short novella specially released for the festive season. If you haven’t read any of the other stories it doesn’t really matter as the characters are described well enough that you can pick up the threads and know what it going on.

Mia and her best friend are in Cologne at the Christmas markets. It should have been Mia and her boyfriend Tom but just a couple of weeks ago everything turned sour and Mia has no idea what went wrong. With the help of her friend and a series of flashbacks as Mia recounts the history of their relationship you get to know the characters and the complicated lives they have been leading.

Its a sweet story and a nice break from all that shopping and gift wrapping at this time of year. Curl up with a nice cup of hot chocolate and enjoy a touch of seasonal romance. Plus, if you’re the domestic type there are even some recipes included so that you can recreate some of the food from the book.

Supplied by Net Galley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

I love sharing my favourite books with friends - nearly always spoiler-free as I hate reading a synopsis of the whole book in other reviews.
