Although Game Changer is the fifth book in the Wynn Hockey series you don’t have to have read the other books in the series to enjoy this one. Although it does reference characters from both the Wynn series and the Chicago Aces series you can just pick this book up as a standalone story.
Jackson Wynn – Jax- has got to the end of the hockey season. Its looking like a tough off season period with a new contract to negotiate and some family problems back in California. Just before he heads out there to see the family he has a little matter of a wedding to attend. Team mate Steve is marrying his fiancee Molly Flynn.
Chaos ensues when Molly walks out of her own wedding after revealing that Steve hasn’t been entirely truthful to the gathered crowd. Desperate for a way out she gets Jax to help her escape from the wedding venue. She’s already moved all her stuff into Steve’s condo so it leaves her with nowhere to go. Ever the gentleman he sets her up in his spare room but when he announces that he’s off to California for a break she decides to tag along for some sunshine and a break from all the drama. She’s not looking for anything but a friend. Everything is still too raw. But there is a spark…
Game Changer is a fun romantic romp – and because its Kelly Jamieson there’s enough heat to keep you interested!
